This is assembled by last.fm, a rather nifty online radio service that notes what you listen to and can then recommend new tracks and artists, or let you listen to other people’s choices. It also grabs what I listen to at home via iTunes or the fantastic Amarok.
It will no doubt be a bit out of date, but I don’t imagine anyone will know or care
